We woke up this morning to no water in the house. We are on well water and Walker Water systems replaced our old well pump 6 months ago. We were very pleased with their previous service so I called them today. Their service person was at our home within 20 minutes and quickly found the problem, which was actually with our water softener, not our well or pump. He had the parts and fixed the problem within an hour. Phenomenal service, polite, personable, and knowledgeable -- I highly recommend Walker Water Systems for any of your water system needs!!!

Walker is our go-to well expert in the Wood River Valley. Unlike the "other well guy" here they give you honest, straightforward advice. The two times we've been in scary "no water" situations, they were here in a flash and made things right. One of those was on Christmas Eve when a mouse decided to commit harakiri in our well's power box and shorted everything out. The "other guy" up here has one solution for all well problems: a new well for tens of thousands of dollars. Walker figures things out and fixes them. It is a pleasure to watch a stone-cold pro like Roman work.

My pump stopped working and they came out the same day to work on it. Before they came it had started working again. They checked everything over, explained what had happened and how to prevent it and then didn't even charge me a trip charge. The business is recently under new ownership and I am glad that I will be able to save their phone number for many years in case something else goes wrong.
